We time your Race, show the results as they happen on our TV-Screens right there at the Venue and use them to bring across your message.

Venue Logistics

You need it? We will get it for you. Whatever it is, from Generator to Toilet Paper, we will manage the Logistics of your Event from Audio to Zumba-Instructor!

Services

You need Volunteers on the Day? Radio Communications? Ambulance or Police? Your Event requires Permits? We do the running around on and before the big Day. Leave those worries to us and just lean back and focus on the big picture.

The promotion of your event in our 'Events Schedule' is free of charge. Please ensure that all links provided are fully functional and lead to the correct addresses. Evolution Timing and Event Management reserves the right to refuse or revoke the publication of submitted events without having to give any reason. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details. To qualify for a free listing your event has to be with a few exceptions a sports event of competitive nature open to the public for registration.
